All orders are collected once a week. Make sure you confirm your cart before Monday morning at 10am — this is the cut-off so farmers know exactly what to prepare.
On Wednesday, your products arrive fresh at our pick-up hub. You can come by between 3pm and 8pm to collect everything in one stop — no extra driving around town.
After pickup, you can leave a quick star rating for each seller. Your feedback helps support the community and shows appreciation for good work.
Follow these simple steps to get started
Add your items on the Underground Foods platform with descriptions, ingredient lists, and a maximum number of orders you can handle. This way, you stay in control of your capacity.
Every Monday morning at 10am, you’ll receive the exact list of what has been ordered. No guessing, no wasted stock — only prepare what’s already sold.
On Wednesday morning between 8am and 1pm, bring your products to the pick-up hub. This saves you from running a booth or making multiple deliveries — just one drop-off for all your buyers.
We handle payments for you, so you don’t need to chase invoices or collect e-transfers. Bi-weekly you’ll receive your payout. Plus, customers can rate and review your products, giving you valuable feedback and visibility.

Underground Foods facilitates a connection between farmers and local vendors with you, the buyer! Each vendor provides their offerings on the Underground Foods platform and delivers their products to the pick up location every Wednesday morning, so that you can pick up the products you ordered from the pick up location Friday afternoon between 2pm and 8pm.
Yes! Buyers can place their orders online at any time (up until Monday morning at 10 am) and pick them all up Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 8pm. At Underground Foods, we work hard to take the friction out of the transaction for both the farmers/vendors and you as the buyer. Think of the Underground Foods Network as your online Farmers Market! The benefit however is that farmers and vendors can eliminate the need to rent costly physical space to market their product, and they can spend their time harvesting/making their products, not standing in a booth.
